Refund & Returns Policy

Overview At SVEILORIA, each piece is Handcrafted and handled with care. We maintain a fair and clear return policy while protecting our limited-production, luxury offerings.

Eligibility

  • Eligible for return or refund: Items that are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the product description.

  • Non-returnable items: Custom, engraved, or personalized items, and items marked "final sale." Jewelry worn or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

Timeframes

  • Report defects within: 7 days of delivery.

  • Return window for eligible items: 14 days from delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Process

  1. Email our support team at support@sveiloria.comΒ with order number, photos of the item, and a clear description of the issue.

  2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return authorization and instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or offer an exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

Refunds and exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.Β 

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchanged item is not available, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.
