Eligibility

Eligible for return or refund: Items that are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the product description.

Non-returnable items: Custom, engraved, or personalized items, and items marked "final sale." Jewelry worn or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or offer an exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7β14 business days after approval.
